The Optimus Signature Facial begins with medical-grade cleansing, moves through an enzyme and fruit acid exfoliation, includes a massage with a customized mask and finishes with an SPF. The team suggests a custom facial every four to six weeks and offers a Frequent Facial program for clients who want that rhythm.

Hormone and weight care start with a provider consultation. BHRT uses BioTE bioidentical hormone pellets placed under the skin after a consultation and hormone testing. The weight loss program assesses thyroid and sex hormones beyond basic lab work, and qualified clients may be offered semaglutide or tirzepatide.

The clinic is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closed on Mondays. Optimus Prime Membership contributions can be applied toward services, with member pricing and perks, and supplements can be ordered online through Fullscript with personalized recommendations from Dr. Labor.
