A visit usually begins with a one-on-one functional medicine consultation that reviews lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, digestion and supplement strategy. Advanced IV protocols, including high-dose vitamin C, chelation and Plaquex, require a provider consultation before the first session and blood work completed within the last six months. Patients are screened before high-dose vitamin C, and G6PD screening is required for doses of 25g and above. Chelation requires kidney screening and G6PD testing beforehand, and a follow-up Provocative Urine Test is recommended after the 10th session. Both Dr. Tse Hwa Yao and Dr. Anthony P. Azar oversee chelation protocols.

Beyond IV work, the clinic offers medical weight optimization with a stated aim of 15 to 20 percent medically managed weight reduction. Its GLP-1 program uses prescription medication given by weekly injection, and is prescribed only after a physician evaluation. Regenerative services include PRP for knee osteoarthritis, rotator cuff tears, tendonitis, tennis and golfer's elbow, and ligament injuries, with sessions of about 45 to 60 minutes guided by ultrasound or image guidance. PRF hair restoration and PRF facial rejuvenation use platelet-rich fibrin prepared in-house from the patient's own blood. Bioidentical hormone therapy follows blood analysis and physician consultation, with ongoing monitoring.

Single sessions usually cost between $180 and $300, with the exact price depending on the personalized formula, and multi-session bundles are available at reduced rates. High-dose vitamin C is priced according to dose, and Plaquex is sold as a package for multi-session protocols. The clinic does not take insurance or Medicare for functional medicine visits or treatments, including high-dose vitamin C and nutritional infusions. These are self-pay and settled when the service is delivered. Certain blood tests sent to an outside laboratory may be billed to insurance by that laboratory. Flexible ways to pay are offered.
