A first visit starts with a free, no-obligation consultation, which is required before medical treatments such as weight loss, hormone therapy and peptides. Every patient completes a medical intake and sees a licensed provider before treatment, and every first visit includes a short health screening. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm and Saturday 11am to 6pm, and is closed on Sunday.
The medical weight loss program begins with a consultation and lab work and can include prescription medication when it is clinically appropriate, along with nutrition and lifestyle guidance and regular check-ins. Hormone replacement therapy covers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and testosterone replacement therapy for men and women, starting with lab testing and a provider evaluation and adjusted with follow-up labs. Peptide protocols are prescribed only after a consultation, and the clinic notes that many peptides are not FDA-approved.
The IV menu lists sixteen formulas across wellness and recovery, immunity and detox, anti-aging and beauty, and advanced therapy, including NAD+ and Myers Cocktail. Drips use pharmacy-sourced vitamins with minimal preservatives, are given by licensed medical staff after a brief health screening, and typically take 30 to 60 minutes. Vitamin injections, including B12, Bio-Boost and general vitamin shots, are quick intramuscular injections that can be added to an IV visit or a weight loss plan.
Aesthetic services include XERF radiofrequency skin tightening for the face, neck and body, which requires no needles, no numbing and no downtime. Laser hair removal and IPL are offered for the face and body for men and women, usually as a series spaced several weeks apart. PRP is offered for hair restoration and skin rejuvenation, and red light sessions are available single, in packages, or unlimited.
Memberships come in tiers from a starter plan to an elite plan and include monthly IV drips, red light access, Bio-Boost injections, hormone management or peptide protocols, and member pricing on products and services. Memberships carry a three-month minimum, after which they can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Tiers can be changed after the first three months.
The clinic builds a personalized plan around each client's goals, lab results and history rather than using standard protocols, and says its treatments are science-backed with long-term outcomes in mind.
