Color is the core of the menu, from single process color and colorwash to custom gloss, lolite, and half or full head highlights or balayage finished with a custom gloss. Single process highlights with gloss are also offered. Precision haircuts and a separate curly haircut, cut and colored with textured hair in mind, round out the cutting services.

The smoothing menu includes two Cezanne keratin treatments, both formaldehyde-free. They are meant to reduce frizz while leaving room for styling. The Cezanne Express version is the shorter option, and the salon says results last up to 10 weeks depending on hair type and care. Treatments include Bonder Treatment for damaged hair with breakage and frizz, a Demineralization Treatment that clarifies and removes hard-water mineral buildup, and two Kerastase options, one of which is only available in the salon.

Every service includes Opal Signature Shampoo. Prices vary by stylist, so clients are directed to choose a stylist for exact pricing. Listed ranges are approximate and exclude blowdry or finish unless noted: haircuts start around $75, curly haircuts around $105, and highlight or balayage with custom gloss around $225 to $410 depending on coverage. A credit card is needed to reserve, though other payment methods are accepted at checkout. New chemical service clients pay a $100 non-refundable deposit applied to the service, and a patch test may be requested before chemical work. Appointment changes need 24 hours' notice, and children and additional guests are asked not to attend appointments. Services are not provided for guests under 12.
