The salon describes itself as a luxury hair salon.

Appointments are recommended and can be booked through the salon's Setmore page or by emailing your name, preferred date and desired services. The salon is open Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM and closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with hours that may vary on holidays. Parking is at the rear of the building, and gift cards can be bought on the website.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late can mean the scheduled service is not given, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows without notice are charged the full service cost, and future bookings may not be accepted.

The menu ranges from women's, men's and children's cuts to color, balayage, cold and digital perms, keratin and Japanese straightening, event and wedding makeup, and head spa sessions. The Waterfall Head Spa, developed by the owner, is inspired by takigyo, Zen waterfall meditation. The ZEN Head Spa menu adds microscope counseling (40 or 60 minute course only), jojoba scalp cleansing, a micro mist treatment, a head and neck massage, and a scalp shampoo with carbonated treatment.

Service is built on Japanese omotenashi hospitality, with personalized consultations, close attention to detail and a calm setting.
