Every appointment is one-on-one. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Card payments are accepted. Consultations are free and cover color correction, fashion color, hair, gray blending, and hair extensions. Hair extension appointments require a consultation before they can be booked.

The menu is organized around hair color, with root melts, glazes and toners, root touch-ups, lowlights, highlights, balayage, all-over color, halo placement, gray blending, and fashion colors. Hair color services start at $50 for a root melt, which takes about 30 minutes. Extensions include new installations, rebonds, move-up wefts, removals, and extensions toner. Cuts, blowouts, and curls are also offered, along with keratin smoothing, conditioning and detox treatments, and a thinning hair treatment. Brow and lash services include lash strips, lash tints, brow tints, brow lamination, and lash lifts. Makeup and updos are available for weddings and special events, and the menu includes haircuts for children aged 10 and under and simple waxing for brows, lip, and chin.

Cancellation terms are set out on the site. To avoid a fee, appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows are charged 75% to the card on file. Extension appointments carry their own deposit and fee terms.

Every appointment is one-on-one, so each client has the stylist's full attention for the visit.
