New clients can start with a virtual consultation, and first color appointments open with a talk with a color specialist about the result they want and the condition of their hair. A patch test may be done before color is applied, and the team gives aftercare instructions afterward. Stylists suggest treatments based on hair condition, daily routine and hair goals.
The menu is organized around balayage and highlights, from hairline highlights and half or full heads to wet balayage. Double process options cover all-over platinum and root bleach and tone services, with color correction, single process and single color work for other needs. Cuts range from short cuts and barber work to cut and blowdry for bobs and longer styles.
Beyond color and cuts, the salon offers glossing, several extension methods, keratin and Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments, and a set of conditioning treatments. Makeup and bridal services are available by appointment at the salon or at a venue, hotel or client's home, and bridal and event packages include consultations, trials and day-of styling. Packages are purchased by phone and are used with the stylist chosen at purchase.
