One Medical Spa

One Medical Spa Inc is an independently owned medical spa on Eastlake Parkway in Chula Vista, opened in 2018 at 884 Eastlake Parkway. Drivers can park on the street along Eastlake Parkway. Clients come from Chula Vista, Otay Ranch, Bonita, National City and Imperial Beach, as well as across the San Diego South Bay.

Appointments are required. New clients start with a one-on-one consultation, where health history is reviewed beforehand and a treatment plan is customized. Nothing is booked until the client understands both the plan and the price. Requests can be made through the online form, by phone or by text, and a representative contacts clients by the next business day. The spa is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

CoolSculpting is offered for body contouring of stubborn pockets of fat. It is a non-surgical, FDA-approved treatment with no incisions or scars, and it is not a weight loss program. Facial services include HydraFacial MD, a multi-step treatment that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin in about half an hour with no downtime, and DiamondGlow, which uses a diamond-tipped wand to exfoliate and deliver serums that the aesthetician tailors. Skin rejuvenation also includes microneedling, which the spa uses to boost collagen and also on the scalp to support hair growth, and Plasma Pen, a non-invasive treatment for wrinkles, skin laxity and skin tags.

Injectables include Botox and JUVÉDERM dermal fillers, with sessions of about 30 minutes. Fillers add volume right away, and minor swelling settles over the following days. Injectables are also used for excessive underarm sweating, migraines, cervical dystonia, eye spasms and overactive bladder. Laser hair removal uses Quanta technology, with sessions of 30 minutes or one hour depending on the area, and a 12-session package is available. Laser Lounge covers hair removal, skin tag removal and CO2 skin resurfacing.

Medically supervised weight management includes skinny shots, which are customized vitamin, amino acid and mineral injections, and GLP-1 peptide options such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. Eligibility is decided only after an individual medical evaluation, and results are not guaranteed. Programs include progress monitoring, formula adjustments, and diet and exercise guidance. The spa states it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound.

Monthly memberships give member pricing on treatments, discounts on other services, product discounts on Skinbetter Science and SkinCeuticals products, and member-only perks; terms are confirmed at consultation. Payment options include flexible payment plans, treatment packages, and 0% financing. Cherry payment plans can cover up to $10,000 with a soft credit check, subject to approval, and regular APR ranges from 9.99% to 35.99%. Applicants must be at least 18 with a valid bank-issued debit card, and a down payment may be required. Memberships can be combined with these plans.
