The spa's approach combines pain relief and relaxation in one location, with the aim of helping people stay proactive about their wellness rather than only reacting to illness.

A Magnesium Rose Petal Foot Detox with reflexology and an OTG Signature Detox Body Wrap with full body exfoliation round out the menu. Skincare can also be bought for home use: the OTG Skincare home system is an aloe-based daily cleansing and protection set with mineral-based SPF, recommended for morning and evening and listed as lasting up to two months with proper use. Online orders are processed within two to three business days, and OTG Skincare is available wholesale.

Spa parties are a large part of the business. The private Luxe Lobby holds up to 30 guests and starts at $250 per hour, with at least three hours included. The Spa Party Package starts at $289 per person for groups of 4 to 20, and includes robes, slippers and complimentary oxygen aroma therapy for guests receiving services. Friday and Saturday parties carry a hosting fee of $99 for 4 to 10 guests or $149 for 11 to 20. Deposits are $50 per guest and non-refundable, and non-profit organizations receive 10% off. A smaller OTG Sparty! Package suits up to 8 people with 2 hours of service time, a hydration facial, a 30-minute neck and shoulder massage, aroma oxygen therapy and a choice of herbal elixir or mimosa; it carries a 50% non-refundable deposit and a 20% gratuity, and does not include Luxe Lobby use.

The spa is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to complete forms before arriving and to come 10 minutes early, when a complimentary drink is offered. Children and extra guests are not allowed unless they are receiving a service. Bookings are made online through Vagaro. Memberships have no contract and give 20% off each additional membership after the first. Gift cards and Cherry payment plans are available, with 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans as low as 5.99% APR, and HSA and FSA accounts are accepted. Appointments can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled price, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full deposit paid.
