Hair services cover women's and men's cuts, blow dry and updo styling, conditioning and repair treatments, single process and highlight color, and keratin smoothing. Permanent spiral waves are also offered. Extensions include individually bonded, seamless tape-in, halo, single-bond and semi-permanent methods, all made from 100% Remy human hair.

Nail services include classic, French, No-Chip and spa manicures and pedicures. Spa manicures and pedicures use aromatic oils, a sea salt scrub for hands and an exfoliating, cooling foot masque. Spa services also include waxing, and skin treatments start with a skin analysis and are tailored to the client's skin needs.

Clients are asked to book online and finish every step, including the final confirmation, so the time slot is held. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Cancellations or rebooking need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% fee on scheduled services. Payment is due at the time of service. Major credit cards, cash, personal checks and mobile payments are accepted, with a 4% fee on card payments; the salon encourages cash or check. Tips cannot be added to card or check payments. Clients with allergies or sensitivities should mention them before service.

Staff hairstylists keep up their education to stay current with techniques. Product returns need proof of purchase and must be made within 30 days; they are issued as salon credit for future product purchases rather than refunded. Hard tools and hair brushes cannot be returned or exchanged.
