The salon's philosophy centers on conversation. Its team treats every appointment as a chance to inspire and be inspired, and believes a result only feels authentic when stylist and client talk it through together.

Hair services include precision cuts, single and double process color, highlights and balayage, platinum and pastel work, perms and keratin treatments, Milbon, KERAFFECT, Olaplex, K18 and BYKARTE treatments, blow-dries, updos, a head spa, and hair and makeup for weddings. Color correction and creative color begin with a consultation, and a short in-person color consultation is available before a booking. Perms and keratin treatments are not offered on hair that has been bleached.

The nail menu includes single-color gel, a range of gel designs from simple French or chrome finishes to hand-painted and textured work, a monthly design with fixed art shared on Instagram, gel extensions shaped to each client's nails, and gel removal for work done at the salon or elsewhere.

Practical details: the salon is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from 10am to 6pm, and it is closed on Mondays. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and a cancellation inside that window is charged the full service fee. Clients who are not fully satisfied should contact the salon within 7 days of the visit for a complimentary adjustment from the same stylist or technician. Refunds are not offered for services rendered.
