Booking is by appointment only, with no walk-ins, and a 50% deposit is taken for every service and counted toward the total.

Hours are Monday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the suite closed Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Several services start with a consultation: new clients need a color consultation before blonding, basic color or toner work, and an in-person chemical consultation is required before any perm, chemical or color correction service. The perm and I-Tip consultations are free.
