The business has two studios. The downtown Alpharetta location is at 1130 Power Place, Alpharetta, GA 30009, open Monday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and it is closed on Sundays. The Virginia Highland studio is at 675 North Highland Avenue, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30306, open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Each location takes calls or texts at its own number: 404-453-9657 for Alpharetta and 404-771-1928 for Virginia Highland.

The sugaring paste is made from sugar and water and contains no lemon juice. Sugaring lifts hair from the root in the direction it grows. The organic wax is made from 100% organic beeswax, oils and emollients. It is designed to grip only the hair and to exfoliate the top layer of skin. Female Brazilian sugaring is $55 and covers the front and back, including between the cheeks. A Brazilian wax or sugaring performed by Maria or Mina is $60.

The studio says its mission is to help each client discover their own beauty. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty until 8 am on the day of the visit. Late cancellations, rescheduling changes and no-shows after 8 am carry a fee of 50% of the total booked services.

Hair is removed by sugaring in the direction of growth from the root, using a paste of sugar and water. Organic wax is used as an alternative method that adheres to hair and exfoliates the surface of the skin.
