Online booking opens up to 60 days ahead and can be made as late as 2.5 hours before a visit. For appointments inside that two-hour window, clients are asked to phone the salon. A booked time is held for 10 minutes; after that, the visit is treated as a walk-in.

Hygiene is a stated focus. Tools are sterilized and sealed in individual pouches for each client, supplies are individually wrapped and single-use, and the foot tubs use disposable snap-on liners. Snacks and refreshments are available during a visit.

Dip powder is applied without UV curing and has no odor. The salon says the powder is enriched with vitamins and calcium. The Power Dip Mani bundles polish, gel or powder removal, nail shaping, cuticle grooming, the powder dip and a sweet almond cuticle oil finish.
