Care is individualized, and the menu is built around facials, peels and lashes. Facials run from the Omni Glow Peel at $95 to the Micro-needling Facial at $210. The Omni Signature Facial combines deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, microdermabrasion when needed, high frequency, LED light therapy and a decollete massage.

The salon offers waxing with either soft or hard wax for many body areas. Prices start at $10 for upper lip and reach $160 for the men's Omni Wax Bundle, while the women's bundle is $145. Chemical peel options include glycolic, lactic and TCA. Peels are usually booked as a series of three to six sessions spaced about four weeks apart. Clients can expect roughly five to seven days of downtime and receive an aftercare kit. Before a peel, clients need a facial consultation or a facial. A signed consent form is required for facials and peels.

Booking is by reservation only, with no walk-ins. A credit card holds the reservation, and full payment is taken after the service. Cash, contactless payment, and credit or debit cards are accepted. A $25 fee applies to appointments outside regular business hours, and guests who are not receiving a service are not allowed in the treatment room unless arranged in advance. Clients get $15 off their next appointment for each new client they refer, once that friend completes a service.
