The salon sits on Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, close to De Anza College and the Apple Campus. It is open seven days a week, with weekday hours from 9 am to 7 pm and weekend hours from 9 am to 6 pm.

The menu starts with classic, spa and sports manicures and pedicures, and adds seasonal versions that change through the year. The OMG! Specialty range pairs a manicure or pedicure with a theme such as CBD, Jell-Oh, Tea-Tox, O La La, Mint Mimosa, Queen-Ager, Quench, Glow Up or Champagne & Caviar, and specialty visits include a choice of champagne, mimosa or one glass of wine. Artificial nail options include Gel-X, acrylic, hard gel builder and dip powder, with fills, full sets and extensions. Add-ons such as nail art, chrome and ombre designs, cat-eye gel, French polish, paraffin, callus and cuticle care, and nail fixes can be added to most services.

Facials use Eminence organic facial therapy, and the Queen-Age Smart Facial uses Dermalogica's Age-Smart system. A microdermabrasion facial uses a diamond-tip device. Full body waxing is available by area, from lip and brows to full legs and Brazilian. Eyelash extensions, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, and eyebrow lamination are offered as well.

Hygiene is a stated focus: equipment is sterilized and sanitized before each service, metal tools go through medical-grade sterilizers, pedicure basins use single-use liners, and each client receives a pre-packaged kit. The salon also hosts spa manicure and pedicure parties, bridal showers, birthday and bachelorette parties, and corporate events, and it adds an 18% gratuity to parties of five or more. Parties of eight or more need a $200 deposit at booking, credited toward services. Menu prices are starting prices, and final costs depend on the work needed.
