The pedicure menu is the largest part of the salon's offering. An Organic Pedicure covers nail shaping, cuticle trimming, a lotion massage, a heel scrub, a cooling gel and a hot towel. The Tropical Paradise Pedi adds a hot stone massage, sugar scrub, aloe vera cooling gel and hot wrap towels. The Collagen Spa Pedicure is a five-step treatment with a collagen soak, sugar cane exfoliation, a cream mask, a hot stone massage and paraffin hot wax, and the salon calls it its favorite pedicure. The Volcano Pedicure is a six-step treatment with fizzing water, sugar scrubs, cream masks, lotion, a hot stone massage and paraffin hot wax, and the salon says it is its bestseller. The Golden Mystique Luxury Pedicure uses a gold powder soak, a golden mineral water bath, a gold gel mask, a golden scrub and a golden cream massage, and the salon calls it the best pedicure it offers.
For nail enhancements, the salon offers dip powder, including French and ombre versions, gel and acrylic powder sets and fills, bio liquid gel, color powder, ombre, solar pink and white, and full set or overlay work. Pricing for fills and sets is listed as starting at a set amount, and nail tips and length or shape changes are charged separately. Nail art design is priced after a consultation with a technician. Kids' spa services are offered for children aged 9 and under who are under 130 cm tall, with a separate menu of 10-year-old manicures and pedicures.
Pedicures are done with liner protection, buffers and files are single-use and discarded after one use, and the salon says its implements are sterilized and disinfected after each use. Cards carry a small processing fee, and the salon does not offer refunds on services. Clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to say so during the visit or within 48 hours. The salon may offer a complimentary corrective appointment within five days of a first visit for nail technician error, subject to management approval. Repairs are guaranteed for 3 days, manicures are not guaranteed, and chip touch-ups are offered within 24 hours. Children must be receiving a service and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pets and food are not allowed, spa chairs carry a 250 lb weight limit, and valuables should be kept with the client.
