The Over-the-Rhine location at 212 West 12th St gives each guest a private day spa room, and rooms can be joined for a shared experience using sliding walls. It also has a quiet room where guests can have tea and snacks before an appointment. The West Side location at 5981 Harrison Ave Suite 4 gives each guest a private room, can host up to five clients at a time, and has free parking in the lot directly in front of the spa. Parking near the Over-the-Rhine site is metered on the street through the CINCYEZPARK app, or in nearby lots. Omega North, at 8862 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd in West Chester Township, is listed as opening soon. Guests should check that their GPS points to the Cincinnati address, not a similarly named address in Covington.

Across services, heated spa beds, warm blankets, dimmed lights and soothing sounds set the mood. Organic scents such as bergamot, sage and citrus are used, and some treatments combine steam with alternating heat and cool. Facials begin with a skin analysis and include products at no extra charge. A free in-store skincare consultation with an esthetician helps guests choose products, and the business also curates at-home skincare for face and body.

Services are by appointment only. Day packages can be booked solo, with a companion or for a group, and groups can book head spa services together, with each guest receiving one-on-one care from their esthetician. Blowout stations and a complimentary dry bar with products are available for styling. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for day packages and facials, and to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face for facials. Changes or cancellations less than 48 hours ahead carry a 50 percent charge on the card on file, and changes less than 24 hours ahead carry a full charge. Appointments can be managed online until 48 hours before, and later changes must be made by phone. Omega OTR is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm. Treatments start with an assessment of the skin or scalp, and the team recommends products during a free consultation. Products used in head spa and facial services are included at no upcharge.

The Over-the-Rhine location is described as Mediterranean in style, with weathered masonry and abundant plant cover. The West Side location is described as having a more subdued, natural mood.
