Omah founded the business and leads it as CEO, and the work centers on braids and protective styles for clients from young children to adults.

The menu is broad. Braiding is at its core, with knotless, bohemian, BORA BORA, feed-in and stitch styles, along with Miracle Knots, BORA Braids, afro bob and knotless bob options, and dedicated braids for children ages 5 to 8 and preteens ages 9 to 12. Beyond braids, the salon offers twists, locs, crochet, sew-ins, quickwave, French curl and box braids, takedowns with a wash, rentals, and barber services with men's cuts.

Booking runs on a monthly window, with appointments opening on the 20th of each month at 9 PM. The website also has links for classes, restocks and appointments, and newsletter signups announce class drops.

Bulk hair wefts and hair products make up the range, which the salon calls luxury. Popular lines include BORA 2.0, loose deep wave, bohemian, knotless, BORA 1.0, ash blonde, deep curly and deep wave. Every sale is final: once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time leave the same business day, while later orders ship the following business day. Payment can take one to two business days to clear, and delivery takes three to four more. Each shipment needs a signature on delivery, and the name on the card and the billing address must match the shipping address.
