Olympus Spa Lynnwood

The spa describes itself as an exclusive spa for women. It has two locations: one at 8615 S Tacoma Way in Lakewood, WA, and one at 3815 196th Street S.W. in Lynnwood, WA. Both are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 9:00pm and Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 11:00pm.

A Day Pass is the main way to spend time at the spa. It includes use of the facilities, such as the hydrotherapy pools, the far infrared rooms and the steam room, and it comes with unlimited access to the far infrared relaxation rooms. Saunas, meditation rooms and lounges are also open during a full day visit. Lounges are available before or after treatments as well, and there are vanity and locker room areas on site. Day Pass pricing is $53 at the Tacoma location and $58 at the Lynnwood location.

The far infrared rooms differ by site. Tacoma has four heated relaxation rooms. Lynnwood has eight, named Himalayan Salt, Sand, Charcoal, Mud and Jade, Cabin, Meditation, Reading and Chill, with listed temperatures ranging from 60°F in the Chill room to 175°F in the Mud and Jade room. The spa says these rooms and its Himalayan salt features support relaxation, detoxification and overall health, and that the Himalayan Salt room may help with respiratory health.

Treatments vary by location. Korean Body Scrub, Body Wraps, Skin Care and Day Pass are offered at both sites. Body Massage is listed at Tacoma and Massage at Lynnwood, Korean Head Spa is listed at Lynnwood, and Lashes and Brows is listed at Tacoma. The spa says its service providers have more than 25 years of industry experience. An on-site restaurant serves Korean food, gift certificates are sold in amounts from $50 to $300, and an online shop carries health, wellness, apparel, bath and beauty merchandise.

The spa says its far infrared rooms and Himalayan salt features support relaxation, detoxification and overall health.
