Color work covers all-over color, foil highlights, custom balayage and curly color. Every new color client is asked to book a color consultation first, which can be done in person or by email. Appointments run from roughly an hour for a basic cut to about three hours for highlights and balayage, so clients should plan accordingly.
Hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Booking is held by a credit card on file. Appointments canceled within 24 hours carry a 50% service fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Clients get a 15-minute grace period after their appointment time; later arrivals may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted.
The studio is built around curly hair and tailors each visit to the client's hair and goals, with a focus on curl definition and an inclusive welcome for everyone.
The studio aims for a relaxed, spa-like visit with a lively feel, and it is meant to be a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can be themselves.
