The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Gratuity is included in every service, so clients do not add a tip on top.
Clients who are unsure what they want can book a separate 15-minute consultation for $25. Haircuts are hair sculpting appointments that include a cut, a scalp massage and a blow out, starting at $80 and running 60 minutes or more.
Color work covers blonding, highlighting that includes a blow out, color retouches for regrowth, semi-permanent glazing, and blonde toning. Color correction is available and is priced at an hourly rate starting at $150, with a listed starting point of $200 for 60 minutes. A liability waiver must be signed when booking a color correction appointment. Retouches with regrowth beyond six weeks or with thicker hair need an extra bowl of color for $25.
The studio uses Davines products and sells them through an online shop, including shampoo, conditioner, treatments and styling products. Its Herbal Hair Infusion treatment is a 15-minute service that can be customized from 24 possible combinations. Facial waxing uses Berodin wax and covers eyebrows, lip, chin and other facial areas as needed. Gift cards are purchased online only, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required before the appointment.
