The menu is split into lash extensions and add-ons. Extension styles range from a natural, one-to-one classic set, which suits beginners, through hybrid and volume options, to mega volume sets that use very fine fans and suit thinner lashes. Wet sets use closed custom fans to create a darker lash line. Add-ons cover lash lifts, a Korean lash lift, brow lamination, tinting, glitter and color accents, UV sets, waxing, removal and a free patch test.
A visit starts with a free consultation, where the lash artist walks through the options. Appointments run 90 to 120 minutes for classic sets, 120 minutes for mixed/hybrid, 120 to 150 minutes for volume and 150 minutes for mega volume. Fills take 60 to 90 minutes and are recommended every two to three weeks. Clients can relax in heated massage chairs during their time in the salon.
The salon recommends booking three to five days ahead, online or by phone or text. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early with clean, dry lashes and no mascara or oily products, with contact lenses removed. Anyone with allergies or sensitivities should mention them beforehand. Foreign fills are welcome if clients call ahead, with pricing varying.
According to the salon, every set is custom and is tailored to eye shape, lifestyle and the look the client wants. Aftercare guidance centers on gentle cleansing, brushing and avoiding oil-based products, steam and waterproof mascara.
Clients can relax in heated massage chairs during their appointment.
