Brow work ranges from a quick clean-up and mapping to full shaping with waxing, tweezing and trimming, plus tints and a hybrid stain. The stain is applied to brow hairs without waxing the outside hairs and is said to last about 5 to 10 days on skin and 4 to 6 weeks on hair, looking darker for the first few days. Stain services require a patch test booked at least 48 hours ahead and cannot be booked without one. Brow lamination, which can be repeated every 4 to 6 weeks, is offered for fuller-looking brows with a lifted arch, and it can be paired with a lash lift.

Facials range from a mini facial to a customized treatment built around the client's skin, which adds extractions, massage, high frequency and serums. Dermaplaning uses a blade to lift away the outer layer of dead skin. Lash services include a classic lash lift with an aftercare kit and a Korean lash lift that the salon describes as gentle and suited to short or downward-pointing lashes. Waxing covers lip, chin, nostril, underarm, bikini and Brazilian areas.

Before visits, clients are asked to stop retinol and retinoid products at least 7 days ahead of brow, lip and chin services, and to avoid chemical exfoliants 5 days ahead of those services and of dermaplane facials. Contacts should be removed before a lash lift, and the area should be exfoliated 24 to 48 hours before a Brazilian wax.

Facials are customized to each client's skin, and clients receive specific guidance before visits on retinoids, exfoliants, contacts and exfoliation.
