The salon is in the Blackstone District at 3852 Farnam Street, Suite 2, in Omaha. Extra parking is in a lot on the south side of Farnam Street between South 38th and South 37th Streets, just east of the Dundee bank. It is open Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 8pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. The phone number is 531-222-8939.

Guests can wait in a lounge with a fireplace, whitewashed brick walls, warm wood floors and a vintage rug. Coffee is artisanal French press from Archetype, loose teas come from The Tea Smith, and sparkling lemon water is offered. A library of vintage vinyl records is available to play or guests can bring their own. The shop dogs, Oliver and Louise Kopiasz, are listed on the team page.

Services cover hair for women and men, makeup, and weddings. Wedding services include a complimentary consultation, and onsite travel fees apply. Gift cards are sold from $10, with selectable amounts up to $200.

Prices are a starting point, and each stylist charges according to experience. Longer or thicker hair, extra color, or additional stylist time can raise the price. Cash and all credit and debit cards are accepted; checks are not. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations or missed appointments are charged at 100%. After two or more missed appointments, a credit card is required to hold future bookings. Guests more than 15 minutes late may not receive their service and may be charged a cancellation fee. Service concerns must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and refunds are not given. An eligible redo is complimentary if done within 10 business days, excluding style or color changes. Well-behaved children are welcome.
