The salon describes its ideal client as the classic woman who wants a modern look. Color is a core focus: dimensional work with traditional highlights and balayage, with tones mixed for each client's hair texture, skin tone and lifestyle. Clients who want longer gaps between appointments can ask about low-maintenance color, and the stylist decides at consultation whether it suits their hair. Beyond color, the menu covers dry cuts and cut-and-blow-dry visits, shampoo and style with optional curls, root smudge and toner done at the shampoo bowl, Brazilian Blowout smoothing, customized conditioning treatments, extensions and brow waxing.

Guests can book through the salon's booking system, by phone or by message. The salon is open Monday through Friday and closed on Sundays. There is a community parking lot where guests can park in any open space, and complimentary wifi is offered. Adjustments can be requested within 7 days of a service, while cancellations or reschedules are asked for with more than 24 hours notice. A $50 fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours and to no-shows.

The salon develops its stylists through continued education, coaching, accountability and business training, with a goal of sustainable careers that leave room for life outside work.
