The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Clients who expect to be running late are asked to call ahead. Appointments carry a 10-minute grace window, after which the salon moves on to the next client, and a late arrival may have the service shortened to fit the time left.

Nail designs should be booked in advance so enough time is set aside for them. Group parties of ten or more follow their own rules: they book at least two weeks ahead, send each guest's name and exact services to the salon by email, arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, and pay a $100 deposit at booking. That deposit is kept for no-shows, while cancellations made within 72 hours carry no charge.

Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $25, $50, $100, $150, or a custom amount through Square. A card can be bought for one person or set up as a group gift that pools money from several contributors. Balances can be checked and cards reloaded online.
