The boutique was founded by Ty Jenkins, who completed cosmetology training at Atlanta Technical College. Ty's first brand, Oliveberry, made handmade soaps, and the storefront grew from that beginning into a shop in Downtown Decatur.
The business centers on clean beauty, skin health and community care. Besides shopping, customers can learn how ingredients affect the body and make custom DIY wellness bars.
Custom treatments are booked in the shop under Bespoke Services, which the site calls Face Bar appointments. Each one starts with a skin quiz. A clay mask is hand-blended with organic clays and botanicals, a face oil serum is hand-blended from organic oils, and the hour-long combined service pairs both. Mask and oil visits include a complimentary glass of champagne or wine, and the store is closed to other customers during the appointment.
Glow Socials are hands-on group skincare sessions limited to 15 people. Guests make custom products with a guided routine, with music and cocktails or wine as part of the evening. Booking starts with an inquiry form that leads to a short call.
Guests should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their appointment, since late arrivals may get a shortened service and should call to reschedule. Cancelled appointments are eligible for a refund within 3 to 5 business days. Online orders ship within the United States with free shipping on orders of $100 or more, and opened personal care products cannot be returned. Staff help customers choose products in person or online, and customers can reach the business by email, social media message or at the shop.
Built around clean beauty, skin health and community care, with vegan, cruelty-free formulas and many products hand-crafted in small batches.
