The studio aims to build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and respect. Each skin care client gets a tailored plan, and the studio teaches clients how to look after their skin at home. Olessya personally performs the Deep Pore Cleaning Facial with Extractions, which the studio lists among its specialties alongside advanced anti-aging and acne treatments.

The facial menu runs from a 40-minute express facial to a 90-minute Red Carpet Facial, which the studio calls its most popular facial and which combines SilkPeel Dermal Infusion with oxygen infusion therapy. Other options include Oxygen RX Facial by Circadia, a version of the deep pore cleaning protocol that the studio designs for severe acne at the flare-up stage; OxyLift oxygen and carboxy therapy, which is not suitable for clients with rosacea; and a Firming Peptide Facial with an enzyme peel and oxygen dome. Five bio-targeted facials are offered for specific concerns: Age Control, Pigment Control, Acne Control, Redness/Rosacea Control and Men's Skin Power. Men can book The Executive Facial or the Express Facial.

Eyelash services focus on light, natural-looking volume rather than heavy looks. Each set is designed after talking through the client's needs and preferences, and the studio uses the lightest extensions it considers safe for natural lashes. The studio describes itself as a damage-free lash studio. Infills are booked at the 2nd, 3rd or 4th week, and up to three infills are allowed after the initial full set; after that a full removal and new set are needed. Re-lashes are done only on lashes applied by this studio. New extension clients receive an after care kit.

The studio also offers LVL Keratin Lash Lift and Tint, a 50-minute service where results last up to six to eight weeks with no upkeep. The studio presents it as a gentler option for clients with sensitivities who prefer not to get extensions. Clients are asked to remove eye makeup and contact lenses before extension appointments, and appointments may be rescheduled for eye irritation, a cold or seasonal allergies. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean the appointment cannot be accommodated, and the cancellation fee then applies.
