The business describes its roots as building a supportive wellness culture in a healing, welcoming setting, and says its philosophy centers on energy, balance and transformation. Its stated first priority is training and keeping its staff; every massage therapist takes part in continuing education in advanced massage techniques.

A first visit starts with arriving at least 10 minutes early to fill in a New Guest Registration Form, which the therapist reviews with the client. Water or tea is available in the zen den before a massage or facial. Massage clients wear what they like and undress to their own comfort while the therapist waits outside, and therapists are trained in draping. Aromatherapy, warm stone therapy and hot towels are included in massages at no extra charge, and massage time is full, so a 60-minute service includes 60 minutes on the table.

Massages are tailored by the therapist and can blend Swedish-style techniques with deeper pressure. Options include pregnancy massage in the second and third trimesters, cupping, reiki energy healing, and couples sessions held in two separate rooms. Massage services are for clients 18 and older. Facials run 45, 60 or 90 minutes in Essential, Advanced and Ultimate levels, and begin with a skin analysis so the treatment can be customized. Facial products come from the Hylunia and Circadia lines, which the business describes as vegan, cruelty free and paraben-free, and the business says its facials use natural products with organic ingredients. Facials and facial waxing are open to clients 14 and older.

WellPass is a month-to-month membership at $99.99 with no minimum contract, offering discounted massage, skin care and waxing services. Members get 10 percent off waxing, unused services roll over for up to six months, and a Family WellPass lets a member add a loved one with savings for both. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead, and later cancellations are charged the full fee. Late arrivals cannot extend the service time and are still charged in full.

Treatments are customized to each client, with facials built on a skin analysis and massages tailored by the therapist. The business recommends monthly facials and one HydraFacial a month for the best results.
