Services are shaped around each client's needs, daily life and hair goals. First-time clients can book a virtual consultation to talk through which service fits before booking. Color work begins with a dedicated color consultation, a separate appointment to go over hair goals, current color and the result a client wants. Color pricing is tiered by stylist experience, expertise and technical ability, so detailed pricing for each team member is given by phone.

Color is the core of the menu, including highlights, balayage, tint, toner, gloss, color correction and creative color, plus bleach with toner blonding that ends in a blowout. Hair extensions come in four methods, and every extension booking starts with a consultation followed by a price estimate. Beaded weft uses silicone-lined beads with no heat or glue. K-tip extensions are bonded with keratin and placed strand by strand. I-tip uses a heat-free, reusable bead method, also applied strand by strand. Tape-in extensions use lightweight adhesive wefts that can be reused with proper care. Signature add-ons such as Luminous Hydration, Sleek and Smooth, Reset and Repair, Scalp Savior and Gloss and Glow are priced when added to another service; booked alone, a separate blowout style charge applies.

Booking requires a card on file, stored encrypted. Arriving 15 minutes late is honored at the salon's discretion. Services are non-refundable, but a client who is unhappy can have the service redone at no charge by the original stylist within 72 hours of the appointment. Hair products can be exchanged for up to 10 days, and all makeup is final sale. A $2 eco fee applies to each visit.

The salon is a Green Circle salon and states it can recycle up to 96% of its waste. It states that it is Intercoiffure certified and that its stylists keep up with advanced training and current trends. For newer stylists it offers a Protégé Program with fast-track training and an apprenticeship as a hands-on route apart from traditional beauty school. The salon also runs a loyalty program, sells gift cards and sells professional hair products. According to a client review, hot decaf tea is served during visits.
