Oh My Skin was founded by Emily Gonzalez to provide customized treatments aimed at long-term results rather than temporary fixes. Each treatment is tailored to the client's skin needs, with the aim of protecting the skin barrier throughout.

Alongside traditional facials, the studio offers more advanced and specialized treatments. Facials include the Notox Facial, a no-tox alternative to Botox according to the salon, and Hydro Facial, which uses hydro dermabrasion to clear sebum, dead skin and dirt while infusing oxygen, serums and antioxidants. The Skin Treatments menu covers microneedling, Oh My Peel, and Celluma LED therapy.

New clients usually start with New Clients Start Here, a visit of 60 minutes or more that includes an in-depth consultation, a Skin Edit Facial, and a customized treatment plan. The studio is open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM, and is closed Sundays. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies. Cancellations or rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.
