Lash services are performed by a licensed and certified esthetician, according to the website. Extensions are handmade fans applied to individual natural lashes. Clients lie on a padded massage bed during their service. The menu covers several extension styles, from classic and natural looks to hybrid, volume and color designs, plus designer add-ons, brow tinting, a Korean lash lift and tint, and lash removal.
Every lash service requires a $10 deposit to secure a booking. The deposit cannot be refunded, but it is applied to the procedure fee when the client comes in. Changes made with over 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled free of charge. A missed appointment means the deposit is kept, and any later booking calls for a fresh full deposit. Clients are expected to arrive by 15 minutes past their appointment time, or they will need to rebook. Before coming in, clients should take off mascara, eye makeup and contact lenses, and skip curling their lashes. Afterward, the studio asks that lashes stay dry for 24 hours and that waterproof mascara be avoided. According to the site, a fill every 2 to 3 weeks is suggested.
Extensions are built from handmade lash fans placed on individual natural lashes, and the studio recommends regular fills every two to three weeks to keep them looking full.
