Dye and dash is root-only color without foils. Glaze and blowout is a semi-permanent gloss that does not cover grey. The studio's 60-minute and 90-minute appointments are booked only by clients the stylist directs to them after a consultation.

Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings priced between $50 and $4,000, and the salon must approve it before the visit. Cancelling inside 24 hours carries a 20% charge, while a no-show is charged 50%. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or moved to another time. When no payment card is saved, the cancellation fee has to be settled before a later appointment can be booked.

Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday daytime, Wednesday until 7 PM and Saturday mornings; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday.
