Hair services include cuts and styling, color, perms, foil work, hair treatments, and lash and brow tinting. Cuts and styles are priced by stylist level, from stylist to artistic stylist to design director, and women's special occasion styling is quoted after a consultation. Color options range from single process and demi color to creative color, decolorization and toning, and corrective color. Corrective color depends on how much correction is needed, may take more than one visit, and starts with a consultation with a colorist. Perms and body curls start at $120, and relaxing or straightening is priced after a complimentary consultation.

A one-hour deep cleansing facial includes extractions, a mask, exfoliation and a hand, shoulder and neck massage. The problem skin facial is a medicated one-hour treatment with deep-pore cleansing and a glycolic peel, and clients must not be taking medications prescribed by a doctor or dermatologist. There is also a men's facial, a back and shoulder treatment, and a deep exfoliation.

Body services include face, arm, leg, underarm, bikini and Brazilian waxing, plus men's chest, back and bikini waxing. Manicures and pedicures cover polish changes, spa and gentleman's sport services, French versions, and shellac options. Prices for body services may vary.

Clients are asked to arrive on time. Cancellations or date changes for any single service need at least 24 hours' notice. Tipping is up to the client, and gratuity cannot be added when paying by credit card. The salon says it applies science and education to its services and works as a team around the needs of clients and stylists.
