Brighton is the newest office and has ample parking, diagnostic testing equipment and an expanded optical shop. Webster has the largest optical shop of the four, with a wide range of frames and accessories, and every location has a full optical shop. Brighton and Greece are open weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with Greece closed for lunch from noon to 1:00pm; Webster also opens on Saturday mornings until noon; Rochester Oculoplastic Consultants keeps weekday hours with the same lunch closure.

General and pediatric eye care cover routine exams, eyewear and contact lenses, and eyeglass fittings. Pediatric visits cover strabismus, amblyopia, lazy eye, tear duct abnormalities and eye emergencies, and take place in a child-friendly setting with techniques and equipment suited to young patients and those with special needs. Second opinions are available for pediatric patients on request. The practice says it treats patients of all ages, from newborns onward. Surgical care includes cataract evaluations and surgery, eye muscle surgery, glaucoma surgery, treatment for diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration, and Valeda therapy. The practice says its ophthalmologists and eye surgeons have fellowship training and decades of experience. Procedures that need an operating setting can take place at Brighton Surgery Center, a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in the Town of Brighton that is licensed by New York State and accredited by AAAHC.

Cosmetic offerings at the practice cover oculoplastic surgery, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery that removes surplus fat and skin from the lids), and Pelleve, a radiofrequency treatment that tightens and firms the face. Laser skin resurfacing addresses wrinkles, sun damage and acne scars. Sciton systems are used for Halo, Moxi, Forever Young BBL, Forever Clear BBL, BBL Hero and Micro Laser Peel, plus IPL/BBL. Injectables include Botox, used for crow's feet, forehead and frown lines, and for hemifacial spasms and blepharospasms, as well as Dysport and Jeuveau. Restylane hyaluronic acid fillers come in several formulations: Restylane, Silk, Lyft, Kysse, Refyne, Defyne and Contour. According to the practice, Restylane Silk is the first FDA-approved product for lip augmentation and for smoothing wrinkles around the mouth, for patients aged 21 and over, while Restylane Kysse is described as the first lip filler containing XpresHAn Technology. Dry eye therapy, including IPL/BBL dry eye treatment, is also offered as a cosmetic service.

Medical insurance is generally accepted, with co-pays collected at the visit. Payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover is accepted for services. Where a plan is not accepted, the full fee is due at the time of service, and an itemized statement is given so the patient can seek reimbursement. Ophthalmologists take a range of plans: Aetna, Blue Cross, BCBS of Rochester, Cigna, Empire Plan, Medicare, Monroe Plan, Preferred Care/MVP, RMSCO, Sidney Hillman, and United Healthcare, except Spectera Vision and EyeMed. Fidelis and Wellcare are taken, though not for routine exams. Optometrists list much the same plans, and Sidney Hillman visits require a physician's signature. An online patient portal handles forms, bill payment and access to records.
