Bookings are required, since the studio takes no walk-ins and has no waiting area. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early, and an appointment is cancelled if the client is more than 15 minutes late. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Refills are not offered. A first-time client who brings product from another professional needs to add a removal service when booking. A parking space and Wi-Fi are available on site.
