The acne program pairs bi-weekly in-person treatments with customized home care. A consultation comes first. It covers skin type, acne type and skin tolerance, and includes product and treatment recommendations, a review of possible aggravating factors such as foods, medications, cosmetics and stress, and an information packet. Home care products are not included in the treatment price, and clients should expect to spend roughly $280 to $350 on their first set, bought at the first appointment. Clients are shown how to use the products during the first two weeks, and the skin is reassessed as the program goes on so the home care can be adjusted. Hours are Tuesday from 12pm to 8pm, Wednesday and Friday from 11am to 6pm, Thursday from 1pm to 9pm, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. The business is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Changes or cancellations must be made by phone or text at least 48 hours ahead. A cancellation or reschedule made the day before or the same day is charged 30% of the appointment, and a missed visit or one cancelled within 30 minutes of its start time is charged the full amount.
