The menu is organized into five groups: skin treatments, massage, waxing, body care and eyelash services. Facials include a range of classic and targeted options, from a short mini facial to acne and deep cleansing, sensitive skin, and back facials. Several facials use equipment such as LED light, ultrasonic technology and micro-dermabrasion, and a line of GM-branded treatments runs up to a 100-minute service. There is also a pre-perinatal massage designed for comfort during pregnancy, with extra pillows for positioning, which the spa notes is most helpful in the second and third trimesters.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, Brazilian and back and chest, using honey wax. The spa recommends repeating waxes every four to six weeks to keep regrowth from appearing, and says all waxing equipment is kept sterile and clean.

Body care includes a body polish with micro buffing beads and apricot seed powder, a seaweed version that adds a 20-minute body wrap, a body scrub, and a slimming hot wrap with G5 aimed at the thigh, waist or hip. Eyelash services include full sets in natural mink, hybrid and volume mink, refills by week, lash removal, and eyelash and eyebrow tinting. The spa uses a waterproof bonding agent that it describes as free of fumes and irritants, and a cosmetologist consults with each client before choosing a style. Eyelash appointments usually run between 1 hour 15 minutes and 1 hour 45 minutes, and touch-ups average about 45 minutes. The spa also offers discounted value packages at various times.
