OC Wellness combines medical and counseling care in one Newport Beach clinic. The clinic describes its approach as personalized care that pairs current technology with natural medicine, drawing on anti-aging medicine, functional medicine and hormone care. Its physician, Michael J. Grossman, MD, leads a team of wellness experts, and the counseling side is run with Barbara R. Grossman, PhD, LMFT.

On the medical side, hormone care can use bioidentical estrogen, progesterone or testosterone, chosen according to each patient's health history, and is paired with non-hormonal support such as targeted supplements, nutrition and blood sugar guidance, and stress and sleep strategies. Regenerative options include platelet-rich plasma, exosome treatments, stem cell therapy and joint repair. Sexual wellness care is offered to men, covering andropause, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, Gainswave and P-Shot treatments, and to women, covering menopause care, vaginal dryness, low libido, FemiWave and O-Shot treatments.

Injectable options at the clinic include Botox, Bellafill, Jeuveau, Juvederm Volbella XC, Juvederm Voluma XC, Kybella, Microtox, Restylane, Sculptra and Versa. Botox Cosmetic holds FDA approval for temporarily smoothing moderately to severely pronounced lines between the brows, at the outer corners of the eyes and across the forehead in adults. Effects typically fade after roughly three to four months, so the clinic suggests scheduling the next appointment around that point. CO2 laser resurfacing addresses uneven tone and surface texture, deep creases, acne marks, and scarring from surgery or injury. The clinic also offers CelluWave and OMNIWave treatments.

The weight loss program uses tirzepatide, given as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection that starts at a low dose and is increased gradually. A consultation and lab review with Dr. Grossman is required before starting, and the clinic notes that tirzepatide is not appropriate for people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. The program includes an initial consultation and lab work, ongoing monitoring, nutritional guidance and regular follow-up. The clinic describes its approach as integrative, evidence-based and personalized, and cites SURMOUNT trial results in which participants lost an average of 20 to 22 percent of body weight over 72 weeks. Couples seminars include Falling in Love Forever, a four-class series offered in person and by livestream, based on The Marriage Map, and an eight-hour workshop called Creating a Fulfilling Romantic Partnership. A Restoring Romance seminar is also offered, along with free online Zoom meditation classes. The clinic says the Falling in Love Forever seminar has helped more than 30,000 clients and that its couples experts have been featured on CBS, NBC, FOX and CW.

Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the clinic is closed Friday through Sunday. Appointments can be requested through the website, or by calling (949) 222-0232. Patient financing is available through Cherry, a third-party payment plan provider, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility; according to the clinic, approvals of up to $10,000 are listed, with interest-bearing plans as low as 5.99% APR and no hard credit checks.
