Booking has firm timing rules. Rescheduling needs at least four hours' notice, and a missed notice may be charged 50% of the booked service, with emergencies taken into account. Clients who arrive more than ten minutes late may not be able to keep the appointment and may be charged 50% of the booked service, so running late should be texted to the salon. Facial waxing and brow services should not be booked with a facial treatment and are spaced 48 hours apart. Intimate waxing is offered to clients with a vagina only. Excessive rescheduling can remove online booking, so clients may need to call to book.
Gift certificates can be picked up in person or bought as digital gift cards through the site. Products can be picked up in the salon, and there are online links to the Colorescience and Glymed+ stores.
