Massage sessions are performed by licensed therapists and open with a conversation about the client's goals, areas of tension and previous massage experience. Styles include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal (for the second and third trimester, with a pregnancy bolster for face-down positioning) and lymphatic drainage. Clients stay draped throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Add-ons include hot stone, cupping, aromatherapy with lavender, peppermint rosemary or eucalyptus spruce blends, and foot treatments.

Waxing is a large part of the menu. Body waxing runs from a $15 tummy strip to a $90 full leg wax, and facial waxing covers brows, lip, chin, cheeks and full face services. Brazilian (V) waxing is designed for clients with vulvas. Waxing bundles combine services such as Brazilian with underarms, legs, brows or tummy strip, and the studio lists them as saving between $3 and $15 compared with booking separately.

Memberships include monthly facials, massage and waxing plans, with a three-month commitment that then continues month to month. Members receive 10% off additional services and products and early access to new treatments and sales. Prepaid packages of three or six sessions are also offered for facials and massage, and monthly specials are posted each month. Gift cards can be used for any service.

The studio uses clinical-grade and holistic products chosen for each client's skin needs, and says it works with clean ingredients and expert techniques.
