A whole body cryotherapy session takes place in a seated position inside a cryosauna chamber, lasting three minutes under staff supervision. The business describes the treatment as an alternative to an ice bath, and lists recovery, wellness, weight loss and beauty among the benefits it attributes to cryotherapy.
Each visit starts with a one-on-one meeting with a staff member and a blood pressure check, in a private changing room. Clients change into compression shorts or underwear and a provided robe, and gloves, socks and rubber shoes are supplied for the chamber. Pricing starts with a $25 introduction whole body cryotherapy session, with a $55 single session, a 3-session pack for $120, a 10-session pack for $360, a 20-session pack for $600, and unlimited monthly options at $300 on contract or $350 month-to-month for one session per day. Walk-in and regular appointments run Monday, Wednesday and Saturday with set hours, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday into the evening, and Sunday is closed. After-hours appointments must be scheduled by phone and carry a $20 additional charge; Groupon vouchers are not accepted for those. Gift cards can be bought online.
