Visits are by appointment only and reserved for the booked client, and children and additional guests are not permitted in the studio.

Brow options range from a waxed and filled shape for new clients and a shorter refresher for returning clients every 2 to 5 weeks, to tinting, lamination and combined brow packages. Lash lifts are offered with or without tint, and a Korean lash lift with tint and brow lamination is among the bundles. The Derma Plane Treatment is a dermaplane exfoliation that includes a cleanse, a hydrating serum, moisturizer and SPF, priced from 95 dollars. A hydrating mask can be added, and packages of four sessions are available and must be paid in full.

Waxing covers signature facial waxes with or without brows, single facial areas, underarms, bikini and Brazilian work, and many multi-area bundles. For new clients, the Signature Brazilian includes a customized shape and a hydrogel vajacial mask in post-care. The studio says its Signature Brazilian and bundle services aim for smooth, comfortable results. Male Brazilian waxing and mustache or beard-area waxing are not offered.

Men's services include body waxing done with premium hard wax, from single areas up to an upper body bundle, along with grooming for brows, ears, nose and unibrow. Before a wax, clients are asked to arrive freshly showered, with hair about a quarter inch long, and to avoid heavy lotions, oils or self-tanner that day. Retinoids and strong actives should be stopped 7 days before brow, facial or dermaplane services.

A card may be required to reserve, and some services take a deposit applied to the total. Zelle is the preferred payment with no added fees, cards through GlossGenius carry a 2.5 percent processing fee, and cash is accepted only in the exact amount because change is not available. A first late cancellation within 24 hours is charged 50 percent of the service, a no-show is charged 100 percent, and same-day bookings are final. Guests 10 or more minutes late may need a shorter service or a reschedule. Minors under 18 need written parental or guardian consent for waxing, a parent or guardian must attend and sign, and the studio may decline a minor it judges not ready or whose skin is not suitable.

Appointments are one-on-one and reserved for the booked client, with prep and aftercare guidance for waxing and skin services.
