Facials are hands-on and lean on therapeutic massage. The enzyme facial, for example, includes hand and arm massage during the enzyme process. Each facial ends with a written card listing the products used and suggestions for home care, and the spa aims to share practical skin care tips during visits. Appointments are booked through the Pocket Suite website, and Thursday and Friday requests go through a form on the site. Cards are accepted through the Pocket Suite app with a 3% processing fee, while cash and Zelle carry no added fee. Children 5 and under are not permitted, and older children may wait in the seating area if they can sit calmly through the service. Guests 16 and older need adult consent on the waiver and an adult in the treatment room. Hours are Monday 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday and Friday evenings 7:30 to 9 PM. Sunday afternoons from 3 to 6:30 PM are offered on select dates, and the spa is closed on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
