Every color appointment begins with a consultation, which is free with any service and takes place in person in the chair rather than over the phone. Pricing is listed as starting prices: women's cuts from $55, single process color from $80, partial highlights from $120, full highlights or color plus highlights from $150, and balayage or ombre from $185, where the root color blends gradually into much lighter ends. The men's haircut is $35 and includes shampoo, conditioning, a scalp massage, the cut and a blow dry, though the price may change with hair length or thickness.

Vivid or fashion color and color corrections start at $200 for the first two hours and then $85 per hour. These services may take five or more hours, so the total depends on the work involved. Blow dry service, which includes shampoo, conditioning and blow dry, is $45, and deep conditioning can be added to any service for $22.

Cancellation rules are set out clearly. A same-day cancellation may be charged 50% of the service cost, and a no-call, no-show appointment is charged the full scheduled cost. Bang trims and neck trims are complimentary for up to four weeks after a haircut.
