Services are grouped into Extras, Hair Services and The Collection. Hair Services include a traditional quickweave bond-in with a glue protector and glued perimeter, a quickweave bob, a flat twist quickweave, lace wig installs with a basic braid-down and a middle or side part, ponytails, a frontal ponytail, and half up half down styles. Natural hair can be styled in its natural state without added hair. Extras add layered curls or crimps, wig styling for installs, and custom color for wigs and bundles.

The Collection uses hair from The Obsessive Collection. Its Hair Included option covers a wash and quickweave using three body wave bundles in 16 to 20 inch lengths. This hair is pre-ordered and needs about four business days, and the same hair can be reused for different styles.

Deposits are $25 per appointment, sent by text with the date and name, and apply to the remaining balance. Deposits transfer once and are non-refundable. Remaining balances are paid by cash or Zelle, with a $5 fee for Apple Pay or tap-to-pay. A same-day appointment carries a $35 fee. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may bring a $15 fee or cancellation. One reschedule is allowed with 24 hours notice, made through the email confirmation. Natural hair must arrive clean, free of oils or products, blow-dried and detangled, or the service may be canceled. Heavily matted hair has a separate $25 detangling fee. A bathroom is not available for client use during appointments. The shop does not offer refunds, and accommodation requests go to the email address.
