Gel work is a major part of the menu. Options include gel polish manicures, Gel X sets, and builder gel in new sets or refills, with separate pricing for short to medium and long nails. Nail designs, French and chrome finishes, cateye, 3D gel and nail tips are also offered, priced per nail or per set.

The pedicure menu is built around the soak and massage. The deluxe pedicure includes a sea salt soak with fruit and a splash of red wine or milk in the water, a sugar scrub, a hydrating cream mask, lotion and warm towels. The candle pedicure uses warm oil made from natural oils and butters, followed by an extended massage. Sea salt can be added to a pedicure for an extra fee, and callus removal is available.

Guests can order a drink from the in-salon minibar during their visit. Clients aged under 13 may book manicures, pedicures and polish-only appointments. For children under 10, an adult has to stay with them for the entire visit, or the child should remain at home.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms and legs, with a combo option for eyebrows, lips and chin. Facials are offered in 30- and 50-minute lengths. Prices are listed as starting amounts, with a higher card price than cash.

Booking policies are worth reading before a visit. Online bookings require a deposit of at least $25, which goes toward the service. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice; a deposit is refunded only when the cancellation is made 24 or more hours ahead. The salon offers a 48-hour guarantee on enhancements and gel polish manicures, provided repairs are booked within 5 days of the original appointment. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or moved. Full payment is due at the time of service.
