Hair services cover haircuts, blowouts, hot tool styling, braids, all-over color, color retouches, toners and glosses, highlights and lowlights, bleach and tone, treatments, perms, and hair extensions. Consultations are required before perms, extensions, and first-time color appointments, and complimentary 15-minute consultations are offered Monday through Friday during business hours. Extensions use hair from Aqua, Muse, and Bellami, and pricing varies by stylist level, so clients are asked to call about associate stylist pricing.

Beyond hair, the salon offers facials ranging from advanced and corrective treatments such as chemical peels and dermaplaning to a teen facial designed for young, sensitive skin. Massage options include deep tissue, sports, prenatal (not recommended in the first trimester), headache and migraine relief, and a custom massage that blends Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, and reflexology. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, builder gel, Gel X extensions, and children's sets for children aged 8 and under. Acrylic nails are not offered. Body waxing covers arms, underarms, legs, back, and Brazilian areas, and brow tint and brow lamination are also available.

Policies are spelled out for clients. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and shorter-notice cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service. A cancellation fee applies after two or more cancellations or no-shows within six months. New clients pay a 50 percent deposit and must hold appointments over two hours with a credit card. Clients have a 5 to 10 minute grace period, and late arrivals may have services shortened. Retail products can be returned within 14 days with a receipt if at least 75 percent full, with refunds in store credit unless defective. Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and used for any service or product.
