Appointments are booked online through the salon's own booking site, which also includes a code balance check.

Services are grouped on the booking site into Signature Hair Experiences, Total Beauty Enhancements, and Memberships and Packages. Braid and protective style experiences sit under Signature Hair Experiences and include braiding hair. Knotless braids are booked by choosing a braid and protective style experience and adding a size, such as Medium. The Memberships and Packages group includes The Oasis Memberships and the Oasis Hair + Install Packages.

The salon sells hair for extensions as well as styling services. Its Oasis Raw Hair Collection is premium human hair bundles in straight and body wave textures, priced per bundle by length: 16 inches for $165, 18 inches for $185, 20 inches for $205, and 22 inches for $225. Straight and body wave bundles are priced the same. Several bundles may be needed for a fuller result, and longer lengths or certain textures may need to be ordered in advance. Hair and installation packages are sold separately from individual bundles.

The Oasis Crochet Collection Water Wave line is pre-looped human hair extensions sold per 100g pack: 16 inches for $115, 18 inches for $125, and 20 inches for $140. It comes in natural black (1B) and is available both to take home and for professional installation at the salon. Clients planning a full installation are advised to talk with their stylist before buying hair. All hair sales follow the salon's posted hair sales policy.
